Brad Keywell is the founder and managing director of Lightbank. He is also the founder and director of several firms, including Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a technology-enabled transportation and logistics outsourcing firm; MediaBank, LLC, a leading provider of integrated media procurement technology; and Groupon.com, Inc., an online collective buying website.

Brad is currently on the Foundation Board of Trustees of NorthShore University HealthSystem, the Board of Trustees of Imerman Angels, the Board of Directors of Warrior Productions, a Trustee of the University of Michigan Hillel Foundation, and a member of the Chicago chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Eric Lefkofsky

Eric Lefkofsky is the founder and managing director of Lightbank. He is also the founder and director of several firms, including InnerWorkings, Inc., a global provider of managed print and promotional solutions; Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a technology-enabled transportation and logistics outsourcing firm; MediaBank, LLC, a leading provider of integrated media procurement technology; and Groupon.com, Inc., an online collective buying website.

Eric is on the board of directors at the Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, The Art Institute of Chicago, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and is a Trustee of Steppenwolf Theatre Company. He is also a visiting professor at University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ashish Rangnekar is one of BenchPrep's co-founders, and directs business development, public relations, and operational efforts on a day-to-day basis.

Before founding BenchPrep, Ashish perfected his analytical skills as a strategy consultant for Capital One.  At 22, he was an adjunct lecturer in the Math department at the City University of New York, an experience that has helped inform his perspectives on education and learning.

He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Applied Math from the City University of New York, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai.

Ashish loves to snowboard in the winter, enjoy music festivals in the summer, and is on a mission to find the best wine bar in Chicago. Suggestions welcomed.

Ujjwal Gupta is one of BenchPrep's co-founders. Day-to-day, he leads a variety of marketing, product and project management initiatives.

Prior to founding BenchPrep, Ujjwal's started several companies across a variety of industries –including nanotechnology, rural tech, and events management. Long story.

His educational background includes a PhD in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and a BS/MS from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He has been published 15 times. Ujjwal's background in science helps keep the BenchPrep team methodological and evidence-based in our decision-making.

When Ujjwal is not devoting his time to BenchPrep, he spends it on fantasy football and watching the NBA.

Francesco is BenchPrep's User Experience Designer and Creative Director. Francesco uses his passion for graphic design, motion and technology to create innovative user experiences and visual communications. A process junkie, Francesco helps give structure and purpose to everything he's a part of.

Before coming to BenchPrep, Francesco helped engineer consumer facing transactional and social web applications as a developer, architect and user experience designer, working at industry, agency and several local startups.

When Francesco's not working on BenchPrep, he's typically writing chapters for his work-in-progress ebook, Process Driven, a collection of internal notes on design minded thinking and driving behavior.

As BenchPrep's Lead Architect, Jonathan Soeder designs and builds the architecture of BenchPrep's platform using Coffeescript and Ruby - the only programming languages he deems eloquent enough to express the beauty that is BenchPrep.

Jon was educated on the streets, and has been a true student of the web development game for 15 years.

When Jon's not working, he's on the phone with world leaders and international power brokers discussing sports trivia and celebrity gossip.

Mandy Movahhed is BenchPrep's Marketing Director, and focuses her energy on branding, messaging, and a variety of other marketing activities.

Prior to joining BenchPrep, Mandy has done marketing, product development, and program management work for non-profit and for-profit companies on the west and east coast. She loves to work with entrepreneurs to help implement their vision.

She has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BA in Political Science, International Development, and Chinese, also from UCLA.

In her spare time, Mandy likes to analyze things, travel (but not to fly) and crave whatever she's eating next.

Neal Goff is BenchPrep's Senior Adviser, with responsibility for building alliances with publishers to ensure that BenchPrep has plenty of valuable test-prep content.

When he's not working with BenchPrep, Neal runs a consulting business called Egremont Associates that works with educational publishers and technology companies. He was happy to land BenchPrep as his first client when he founded Egremont Associates in February 2010. Before he became a consultant, Neal had a successful 30-year career in consumer and educational publishing, culminating in five years as President of the well-known classroom magazine company, Weekly Reader Publishing.

Neal has let his closest friends in on the secret that he sings in a glee club that performs twice a year at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall in New York City.
