At BenchPrep, we realize that your privacy is important to you. This privacy policy applies to all software applications, services and websites offered by BenchPrep, its partners and subsidiaries, its customers, or, collectively, BenchPrep's services (the “privacy policy”). The Privacy Policy is intended to explain what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, restrict, export, and delete your information.
BenchPrep provides a learning management system for companies (“Customer Organization(s)”) to deliver learning content to their customers, which involves the sharing of certain data about you, as discussed in this privacy policy.
While we may offer services that do not require registration, many of our products and services will require you to register your personal details. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect the following information:
Google AdWords Conversion, Google Dynamic Remarketing, Google AdWords User Lists, Google Tag Manager, GA Audiences and Google Analytics (collectively referred to as “Google”): Google collects anonymous data (ad views, analytics, browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, internet service provider, interaction data, page views, and serving domains), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), Device ID (EU PII), PII (name, address, phone number, email address, login, EU- IP address, EU-unique device ID ), sensitive (financial information). Aggregate data, anonymous data, PII data and sensitive data is shared by Google with third-party parties. We use the information we get from Google only to improve this website and for marketing purposes. Google collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this website, rather than your name or other identifying information. Although Google plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. We do not combine the information collected through DoubleClick with personally identifiable information.
LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Analytics: LinkedIn Ads is operated by LinkedIn. LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Analytics collects anonymous data (ad views, analytics, browser information, cookie data, hardware/software type, internet service provider, interaction data, page views, and serving domains), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII)), Location Based Data, Device ID (EU PII), and PII (name, address, phone number, email address, login). Aggregate and anonymous data is shared by LinkedIn with third-party parties. Facebook Custom Audience: Facebook Custom Audience is operated by Facebook Business (formerly Facebook Custom Audience), collects: anonymous data (ad views, analytics, browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, internet service provider, interaction data, page views, and serving domains), pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), search history, location based data, Clickstream Data, PII (name , address, phone number, email address, login, EU- IP address, EU-unique device ID ), sensitive (financial information). Hotjar: Hotjar collects: anonymous data (analytics, browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, internet service provider, page views and interaction data) and pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), location based data, Clickstream Data, device ID (EU PII)), and PII (EU- IP address, EU- unique device ID ). HubSpot: HubSpot collects: anonymous data (browser information, cookie data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, page views and serving domains) and pseudonymous data (IP Address (EU PII), location based data, Clickstream Data), PII (name, address, phone number, email address, login), and sensitive (financial information). HubSpot’s privacy policy can be found at: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy. We do not know if HubSpot shares the data it collects with third-party parties. We do not combine the information collected through Hotjar with personally identifiable information.
New Relic: New Relic collects: Anonymous (Analytics, Browser Information, Cookie Data, Date/Time, Demographic Data, Hardware/Software Type, Interaction Data, Page Views, Serving Domains), Pseudonymous (IP Address (EU PII)), PII (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, PII Collected via third-party Parties, Login, EU- IP Address), and Sensitive (Financial Information). We do not combine the information collected through New Relic with personally identifiable information.

BenchPrep takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and BenchPrep encourages parents to be an active participant in their child’s online activities. BenchPrep abides by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws. The website does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13, and BenchPrep will not knowingly collect personal information from them. If BenchPrep discovers personal data from a child gathered through the website, without parental consent, BenchPrep will eliminate that data. This website is not intended for persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13 you must ask a parent or legal guardian for permission prior to submitting any information to this website.

BenchPrep retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purpose for which you provided it to us and any other legitimate business purpose, including without limitation, for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. However, where such access is unreasonable, requires a disproportionate effort, jeopardizes the privacy of other BenchPrep users, or contravenes the law, our policies, or reasonable business practice, requests to access data may be declined. We'll give you choices about the ways we use and share your personal information, and we'll respect the choices you make. Although signing up for some or all of our services may require you to submit personal information, we will ask for your consent if we intend to use that information for any purpose other than that specifically stated during registration or for the purpose of providing you with the services requests or as provided for in this document. BenchPrep will comply with your request to obtain a copy of the information you have shared through our services. You have rights to obtain a copy of some of the personal information that we hold on you and reuse or share it for your own purposes (“right to data portability”).

Information Security

Access to data is restricted to employees of BenchPrep, as well as their affiliates and contractors, who have a need to access said information for processing, research, or another reason. All individuals who have access to such information are required to sign confidentiality agreements, and may be subject to termination and/or criminal prosecution for any violation of these policies and agreements.

BenchPrep is headquartered in the United States of America. Personal information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, business partners, merchants, or service providers in the United States of America. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information within the United States of America. BenchPrep will protect the privacy and security of your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed or stored.
